Be careful of what you wish for, is a statement that rings true as I reflect on our recent 1st anniversary as Canada’s first Mall located co-working innovation space. I never dreamed I’d be going to work in a shopping mall! Sometimes being a bit naïve is not a bad thing! While my original vision for the MindShare Workspace wasn’t fully realized. Did I fail? No. I learned quickly and innovated. I came to appreciate the final product as it represented the culmination of collaboration (ok on occasion heated discussion) with my “Dragon’s Den family panel”, my advisory board, friends and business banking representatives.... |
